Bernard is a Perth-based project controls professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting major capital projects and operational portfolios across Australia, Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom.
His core discipline is cost engineering and project controls, but his work has consistently extended into the quality, reliability and governance of the systems behind the numbers—forecasting methods, finance interfaces, progress measurement, performance reporting, change control and team capability.
He has worked across owner, contractor and EPCM organisations, from early engineering through execution, operations support and project close-out.
